Making Digital Bharat Surakshit
- The initiative offers vulnerability assessment reports at no cost to eligible organisations. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- TrojanByte Labs Private Limited decides eligibility, scope, methodology and timelines for every application, and may decline or withdraw an application at any time.
- Applications currently cover public-facing websites, web applications and APIs. Eligibility, scope, timelines and limitations are confirmed individually for every application.
- Assessments are non-destructive and limited to the agreed scope. Denial-of-service testing, social engineering and physical testing are out of scope unless separately agreed in writing.
Authorisation & Ownership
No testing starts until both of the following are complete:
- ownership or control of the domain is verified through a DNS TXT record; and
- signed, written authorisation from the organisation has been received and confirmed by our team.
By applying, you confirm that you are authorised to request an assessment of the website on behalf of the organisation. Providing false authorisation may be unlawful.
Reports & Confidentiality
Findings are treated as confidential and are shared only with the verified contact for the application. The report is made available on the tracking page for a limited period and can be downloaded only after entering a one-time code sent to the applicant’s e-mail address. Fixing reported vulnerabilities remains the responsibility of the organisation.
Training Certificates
Certificates issued by TrojanByte Labs Private Limited can be verified at https://trojanbyte.com/certificates/verify. A certificate that is altered, or that does not match its verification record, is not valid. We may revoke certificates issued in error or obtained through misconduct.
Limitation of Liability
A vulnerability assessment reflects the state of a system at a point in time and cannot guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities. To the extent permitted by law, TrojanByte Labs Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the initiative.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to final legal review.
