  2. Provide Details: Include your name, service details, payment confirmation, and a clear explanation of your refund request.
  3. Review: We will evaluate your request within 10 business days and notify you of the outcome.
  4. Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations are handled as follows:

  • Before Service Begins: If you cancel at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
  • After Service Begins: No refunds will be issued once work has commenced, unless we fail to meet our obligations as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Training Courses: Cancellations for scheduled training sessions must be made 10 business days in advance for a full refund; otherwise, a 50% fee may apply.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or our contact page.

We may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion, including:

  • Force Majeure: Refunds or credits may be offered if service delivery is prevented by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
